Gary Voelker joined the group in January 2009.  Gary sang for 9 years with the Gateway Quartet as the bass.  Gary's love for Southern Gospel runs very deep.  Both of his boys were saved listening to Southern Gospel music; so he understands the impact music has on individual lives.  Gary's vocal are smooth and rich.  Gary is so dedicated he once told me that he would sing, Monday through Sunday.  Gary lives in Freeburg Illinois along with his wife Karen boys Jim and Andrew.  Gary is an avid story teller.  He will explain that he sometimes doesn't remember a name, but when it comes to life experiences and adventures he has no problem.  Ask him to tell a story and he will, in detail, relate a tale that will make you laugh.  We are glad to have Gary singing the bass in IOF.  If you'd like to send a message to Gary: garyv@instrumentsoffaith.com
